 700 grams of grated cassava (raw)

 1 can of condensed milk (395 g)

 200 milliliters of coconut milk

 4 medium eggs

 1 cup of sugar (160 grams)

 50 grams of grated coconut (optional)

 2 tablespoons of butter

How to make manioc cake with condensed milk:

Preheat oven to 200 degrees and grease and flour a large round pan. Start by grating raw cassava on a fine grater.

In a blender, beat the condensed milk, eggs, coconut milk, butter and sugar, until the mixture is smooth.

Tip: Don't forget to use the ingredients at room temperature to ensure your cake will bake perfectly.
